This is an effort at a panorama from Hochstubai. The low peak in the center is probably Hoher Soldenkogl (2975m), behind which lies Solden in the valley bottom. The Otztal goes off to the right and is the valley which leads to Solden via road. The valley to the left is Ventertal, which leads to Vent, Obergurgl, and Timmelsjoch on the border. This high mountain road is not open all the way up to the border year round - only in summer. It is probably kept open to Obergurgl year round but has significant avalanche problems.
