| The Lichen Fest - In addition to being the caretaker
Al also provided brief entertainment nightly, enlightening us as
to the importance of Lichen, Caribou and sub-ALpine fir. The culmination
of all of this was the Lichen-Fest during the last evening. |

The outdoor parade, complete with noise-making
and judging by our hosts who gave out many prizes. In the right
photo you can see the best costume, by far, which was Jims lichen
G-string. (The other Jim, certainly not me!) |
